1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the at88 platform, available at at88.vu, including all games, sports betting, promotions, financial transactions and customer support services offered through the platform. By registering an account, logging in or using any part of at88, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

at88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform built specifically for Pakistani players. All balances, bets and transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use at88 you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. at88 does not permit any person under 18 to register or use the platform. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be the person you claim to be. Registering with false information, using someone else's identity or providing inaccurate personal details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, at88 reserves the right to close all but the original account and void any associated balances or bonuses.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you are located.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If at88 identifies inconsistencies or cannot verify your identity through the information provided, your account may be suspended pending further verification.

at88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Balances

All funds on at88 are held and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion required — your deposit, balance and any winnings are all denominated in PKR throughout.

Deposits: at88 supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard, and other mobile wallets as made available. Deposit processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) typically reflect in your balance within minutes; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. at88 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on your chosen payment method and any identity verification requirements that may apply. at88 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before releasing funds, particularly for larger withdrawal amounts.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• Funds deposited into at88 may only be used for gaming activity on the platform.
• at88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Balances left dormant for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy — details are available through support.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending verification of the source of funds if unusual activity is detected.

at88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

at88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. This means bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Real money is used first when placing bets unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household or device is permitted. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through separate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• at88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion or violation of these Terms will be voided, and the account may be closed.
• Players who request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus will have the bonus amount deducted from their balance prior to processing.

5 Game Play Rules

All games available on at88 — including slots, fish games, live casino and sports betting — are governed by the rules specific to each game or market, in addition to these general Terms. By participating in any game on the platform you agree to those game-specific rules.

• All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Results are independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, at88 will use server-side records to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be confirmed, the stake will be returned to your balance.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, fraudulent deposits or exploitation of software errors are void and may be reversed without notice.
• For sports betting, at88 reserves the right to void or settle bets in accordance with the applicable sports rules if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or the result is subject to official review.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market.
• at88 may impose temporary or permanent betting limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual patterns are detected.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on at88. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain funds or advantage. Any funds obtained this way will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Depositing funds from third-party accounts or payment methods not in your own name.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

at88 monitors accounts continuously for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, at88 may suspend the account pending investigation, withhold any balance and report the activity to relevant authorities if required by law.

7 Privacy & Data

at88 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to manage your account, process transactions and comply with anti-fraud requirements.
• at88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment information is processed through encrypted, industry-standard channels. Card details are not stored on at88 systems.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligations that require retention.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. at88 will never ask for your password by email or via support. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

at88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the account holder.
• A player's own self-exclusion request through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, at88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimate, it will be returned to the player via the original payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

at88 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. at88 will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our control.
